Remark (german): In Anhang VI der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 (CLP-Verordnung) wird Diquatdibromid als inhalationstoxisch Kategorie 2 beschrieben, was zu einer Einstufung in Verpackungsgruppe II führen würde. Der BAM liegen jedoch keine Daten vor, die diese Einstufung rechtfertigen. Sollten Daten vorliegen, dass der Stoff die Kriterien der Verpackungsgruppe II erfüllt, so ist er entsprechend zu klassifizieren und zu kennzeichnen.
