Remark (german): Zu dem Stoff liegen der BAM keine aussagekräftigen Daten für die akute Toxizität vor. Nach Angaben des Bundesinstituts für Risikobewertung (BfR) ist aber zu erwarten, dass Kaliumchromat ähnliche akut toxische Eigenschaften aufweist wie Natriumchromat, Natriumdichromat und Kaliumdichromat. Daher wurde der Stoff der Klasse 6.1, Verpackungsgruppe II zugeordnet.
