The BAM number is used to uniquely identify a substance or object in the BAM dangerous goods data pool.

Remark (german): Die Konzentrationsangabe basiert auf Angaben in der ICAO TI - hier darf der Stoff nur bis zu einer Konzentration von 49 % transportiert werden. In der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 (CLP-Verordnung) gilt die Zuordnung zur Verpackungsgruppe II jedoch nur bis zu einer Konzentration von 40 %. Der BAM liegen diesbezüglich keine weiteren Angaben vor.
