Sollten jedoch konkrete Testdaten vorliegen, die nach den Kriterien für eine Einstufung nach den Absätzen 2.9.3.2.3 und 2.9.3.2.4 der UN-Modellvorschriften zu einer abweichenden Einstufung führen, sind diese Testergebnisse vorrangig anzuwenden.
