English 1,3-Butadiene, stabilized, refrigerated
French Butadiène-1,3, stabilisé, réfrigéré

The aggregate state is given under normal conditions, i.e. at room temperature of 20 °C and normal pressure of 101.3 kPa.

Aggregate state
under normal conditions gaseous
during transport refrigated liquified gas

The formula describes the chemical composition of a substance.
