Remark (german): Nach neuen Erkenntnissen [hier: Anhang VI der Verordnung (EG) 1272/2008 (CLP-Verordnung)] hat der Stoff zusätzlich giftige Eigenschaften (Acute Tox. 3). In Unterabschnitt 2.1.2.8 des ADN ist geregelt, dass in Tabelle A namentlich genannte Stoffe mit einer oder mehreren zusätzlichen Gefahren, die nicht in der entsprechenden Eintragung der Tabelle A genannt sind, mit Genehmigung der zuständigen Behörde auch folgendermaßen befördert werden dürfen: - unter der am besten geeigneten in Unterabschnitt 2.2.x.3 aufgeführten Sammeleintragung, die alle Gefahren widerspiegelt, oder - unter derselben UN-Nummer und Benennung, jedoch mit zusätzlichen Angaben zur Gefahr, die erforderlich sind, um die zusätzliche(n) Nebengefahr(en) abzubilden [...], vorausgesetzt, die Klasse bleibt unverändert und alle übrigen Beförderungsvorschriften [...], die normalerweise für Stoffe mit einer solchen Gefahrenkombination anwendbar wären, sind dieselben wie für den aufgeführten Stoff. Die o. a. Möglichkeiten sind jedoch nicht obligatorisch, sondern alternativ wählbar. Da sich durch die Zusatzgefahr der Klasse 6.1 jedoch die Beförderungsbedingen ändern würden (höhere Anforderungen der UN-Nr. 1992 VG I), stünde hier nur die erste Variante zur Verfügung. Der Absender darf den Stoff auch unter der UN-Nummer und Benennung des namentlich genannten Stoffes befördern, ohne die zusätzlichen Gefahr(en) anzugeben.
